first_imgSince its inception in 2018, The Peach Music Festival has quickly become one of the most beloved music festivals of the summer. The festival has become known as an Allman Brothers Band extended family gathering, which each rendition boasting an enviable lineup frequently tapping members of the band and their various side projects. After a successful 2017, today, The Peach Music Festival announced a major change as it looks toward 2018.The Peach Festival: Continuing The Allman Brothers Band Legacy After 2017’s Major LossesWhile in the past, the festival has taken place during mid-August (this year’s festival went down across August 10th through 13th), in 2018, The Peach Music Festival will return to Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania, instead taking place in mid-July from July 19th through 22nd. As noted with the announcement, Early Bird Passes go on sale on Thursday at 10 am for only $99 plus fees. Start introductions early. Once the applicant accepts your job offer and any post-offer screening is completed, the process of welcoming and introducing the new hire begins. Consider having their manager send a letter or email to the new employee expressing excitement their arrival. The manager should also maintain open and regular communication with the employee and answer any questions they may have.
