MONTEBELLO – A free anti-bullying conference for families will take on issues like anger management and the use of MySpace.com by local youth this weekend at Montebello Middle School. Sponsored by the regional children’s planning council of Los Angeles County, the Anti-Bullying/Cyber-Bullying Conference for Families will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Montebello Middle, 1600 Whittier Blvd. Several workshops on self-esteem, discipline, depression, the MySpace website and issues related to bullying will be held in three age-appropriate groups: parents, elementary students, and middle- and high-school students. Lunch and child care for youngsters between 2 and 5 years old will be provided on site.
