Sponsored by the regional children’s planning council of Los Angeles County, the Anti-Bullying/Cyber-Bullying Conference for Families will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Montebello Middle, 1600 Whittier Blvd. Several workshops on self-esteem, discipline, depression, the MySpace website and issues related to bullying will be held in three age-appropriate groups: parents, elementary students, and middle- and high-school students. Lunch and child care for youngsters between 2 and 5 years old will be provided on site.
