Men’s Basketball Returns Home To Host Evansville In Sunday Doubleheader

The Bulldogs return home following a 90-65 loss at preseason MVC favorite Wichita State while Evansville is coming off a 74-63 loss to Bradley. Drake also made nine three-pointers in the loss at WSU to just miss hitting the 10 three-pointer mark. However, the Bulldogs have made 10 or more three-pointers in four of their last six games, including matching a school record with 17 against Mississippi Valley State. De’Antae McMurray (Alton, Ill.) led the Bulldogs with 13 points to continue his strong play. Two games ago against Loyola, he scored a career-high 24 points with six assists.
